Upon returning, the room was spacious and modern, providing a very comfortable stay. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff members lacked clarity in their roles. The location was great, close to corporate headquarters and attractions, with some issues noted in room cleanliness. The dining experience had delays but offered delicious Hungarian beef stew. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated, modern, and comfortable, but my room wasn't ready until 2.5 hours after the official check-in time. The service was quite friendly and helpful, especially at the check-in desk. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, although the dining experience had its ups and downs. The facilities were good overall, with some minor issues.
Upon arrival, the room we were allocated was spacious, but there were hygiene concerns as one of the beds had pubic hair and an unknown stain. Despite this, the overall room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was great. However, we were surprised by additional charges we hadn't expected.
